SIR PAUL EDOR OBI, LT COL (RTD)
CHAIRMAN/CEO
Sir Paul Obi has over 23years of Military service where he served as the Military Administrator of Bayelsa State. He attended various Professional and Management Courses. He is a graduate of the prestigious US Army Aviation School Fort Rucker Alabama and holds a Higher Diploma in Aviation Technology and Commercial Pilot license (Rotary Wing). He is also a graduate of the Command Staff College, Jaji, Kaduna where he obtained the Psc and he was awarded the Force Service Star (FSS) for meritorious service.
He was also a member of the Niger Delta Development Option Committee that prepared the initial blueprint for the development of the Niger Delta which led to the formation of Niger Delta Development Commission (N.D.D.C). He also served as a member of the Niger Delta Technical Committee. He led various delegations on the Niger Delta crisis and has a lot of experience in managing youth related crisis. He is also on the board of several companies.
MRS ELIZABETH EKOR OBI
Managing Director
Mrs. Elizabeth Obi has a B.A. from the University of Calabar, Post Graduate Diploma [PGD] in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from the ESUT Business School. She presently manages a sister company Pauliza Properties Ltd.
MIKE ODU OSANG
Project Coordinator, PH
Mr Mike Osang holds a Masters Degree in Industrial & Labour Relations (MILR) and has over 11 years work experience in various industry segments. Before Joining Pauliza, Mr. Osang was the P.A to the Military Administrator of Bayelsa State. He also worked with KEK Nig Ltd and Aulvertson Enterprises.
AUGUSTINA EMIKE AVIOMOH

Miss Tina Aviomoh holds a Higher Diploma in Secretarial Administration from Federal Polytechnic Auchi, Edo State. She has over 10 years’ experience in Office Management and Administration. Before joining the Pauliza winning team, she had worked with Catholic Church of the Transfiguration, VGC and ExxonMobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited
AGU UCHECHUKWU SANDRA
Accountant/Admin
Agu Uchechuwu sandra is a Marketing graduate and a student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria, with two years work experience in Marketing, Finance and Accounting practices. She has been opportune to work with great industries such as the Education, Telecommunications and Oil servicing industries. She has worked as an Accountant for FMX Integrated Services Limited for a period of 8 months before joining Pauliza Limited.
NDUKAIRE MICHAEL OKECHUKWU
HSE Officer, PH
Ndukaire Michael Okechukwu holds a B. Eng in Petroleum Engineering from University of Port-Harcourt. He has over fifteenth Years’ Experience in HSE management System in the Oil and Gas Production Industry. Before joining Pauliza as HSE Team Leader, he had worked with Sevoil International Oil & Gas Ltd, Alcon Engineering Nig. Ltd, Sogezi Services ltd and Dec Oil &Gas Ltd.
ESTHER A. OJEI
Project/Admin Support, PH
Esther Ojei holds a B. Eng in Materials and Production Engineering from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma, Edo State, holds certificate in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Services and HSE. Before joining Pauliza, she has gathered rich 7 years experience in Administration and Project management in the Oil and Gas sector.
OBI-MGBATO RICHARD KIZOR. ANIM
AIPMA-Admin/Business Development Officer
Mr. Obi-Mgbato studied Political Science from Tansian University, Anambra State, Nigeria. He has a vast experience in Human Resources and Administration having worked in various capacity as a mid-management staffer and handled the supervision of many result-oriented projects delivered by Pauliza Limited.
He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) NIM, Associate Member, Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators (IPMA) and had undergone several trainings organized by both the public and the private sector in the areas of project management, procurement and the Nigerian Local Content administration.
